Imaging Documents

You can generate images for the entire document list (as well as convert an individual document to an image).

Note: In order to produce images, documents must have images associated with them.

To create images of all items in the Document List

  1. On the Document List, click the Action icon and select Create Images.
  2. On the Document Imaging dialog box, on the Options tab, do the following:
    • Select the Imaging profile when imaging the documents.
    • Select the Exclusion Mode to note the documents you do not want imaged.

    Selecting None overwrites existing images and removes redactions present within those documents.

  3. Click Image Items.
