Getting Search Totals

Prior to searching the Nebula database, you can view the number of documents resulting from the current search criteria.

To view the number of documents the search criteria will locate without searching

1. Use the Search Builder to create search criteria.
2. Click Get Totals.
3. View the following:
• Found: Number of files matching the search criteria
• Size: Total size of the files matching the search criteria
