Applying Notes to a Document
You can add, edit, or delete notes on a document.
Note: Notes cannot be included when exporting to CSV from the Document List, nor during document export or production as an Export View Profile.
The total number of notes attached to a document appear in parenthesis in the Notes section.
To add notes a document
- Open the document in the Document Viewer.
- Click the Notes section drop arrow.
- Enter the Note, then select the level of Privacy.
- Click Add.
- To add additional notes, repeat the steps above.
To edit notes a document
- Open a document in the Document Viewer.
- Click the Notes section drop arrow.
- Locate the note to edit and click (the edit icon).
- Edit the Note and level of Privacy accordingly.
- Click Save.
To delete notes a document
- Open a document in the Document Viewer.
- Click the Notes section drop arrow.
- Locate the note to delete and click (the delete icon).
- When prompted to delete, click Delete.
