Email Threading

An email thread is the chain of correspondence originating from a single email that is then responded to as a reply or forwarded to others. Email threading groups this chain together in Nebula, empowering users to navigate conversations more intuitively than in traditional review workflows.

As an email thread grows, the content from earlier emails may be inserted into subsequent emails. As a result, an email thread may contain duplicate information that does not necessarily need to be reviewed more than once.

Email threading in Nebula is able to identify the most comprehensive versions of emails with the minimum amount of repeated content, and isolate these documents for review. This can dramatically reduce review times, especially when only the inclusive emails are isolated for review.
