Review Batches

The Review Batches page enables you to perform the following to assigned batches:

  • Add new topics or batches
  • Edit topic names and deadlines
  • Delete topics and batches

Note: This ONLY applies to assigned batches, not workflow batches.

You can associate review batches as an attribute type with selected documents on the Document Viewer.

To view the Review Batches page

  1. Click Review > Review Management > Legacy Review Batches.

To view the details of a topic

  1. In the Review Batches menu bar, select in the Topics drop list the topic you want to view.

To add a topic (name of batch set)

  1. Do one of the following:
    • In the Review Batches menu bar, click .
    • In the Review Batches list, click an Action icon and select Add topic.
  2. On the Add topic window, enter Name for the new topic.
  3. Select a Deadline date when the batch should be completed.
  4. Click Add.

To edit a topic

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to edit.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Topic's Action icon and select Edit topic.
  3. In the Edit topic window, update the Name and Deadline accordingly.
  4. Click Save.

To delete a topic

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to delete.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Topic's Action icon and select Delete.

To add a batch to a topic

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to work with.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Topic's Action icon and select Add batch.
  3. In the Add batch window, select the User you want to add.
  4. Click Save.

To view the documents assigned to a user

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to work with.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the user's Action icon and select View Documents.
  3. View the Document List of documents in the batch assigned to the user.

To reassign the documents from one user to another

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to work with.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Action icon of the user with the documents you want to reassign and select Reassign.
  3. In the Reassign window, select the User you want to assign the documents.
  4. Click Save.

To convert a user's documents to HTML

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to work with.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Action icon of the user with the documents you want to convert and select Html Conversion.

To detect language a user's documents to HTML

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to work with.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Action icon of the user and select Detect Language.

To delete a user

  1. On the Review Batches menu bar Topics drop list, select the topic you want to work with.
  2. In the Review Batches list, click the Action icon of the user and select Delete.
