Imaging Documents

You can generate images for the entire document list (as well as convert an individual document to an image).

Note: In order to produce images, documents must have images associated with them.

To create images of all items in the Document List

  1. On the Document List, click the Action icon and select Create Images.
  2. On the Create Images dialog box, select the Document Categories you want imaged.
  3. Selec the Imaging profile applied when imaging the documents.
  4. Select the method applied for Image Replacement from the following:
    • Do not replace any existing images
    • Replace only images created with a different profile
    • Replace all existing images
  5. Click Create.
