Imaging Documents
You can generate images for the entire document list (as well as convert an individual document to an image).
Note: In order to produce images, documents must have images associated with them.
To create images of all items in the Document List
- On the Document List, click the Action icon
and select Create Images.
- On the Create Images dialog box, select the Document Categories you want imaged.
- Selec the Imaging profile applied when imaging the documents.
- Select the method applied for Image Replacement from the following:
Do not replace any existing images
Replace only images created with a different profile
Replace all existing images
- Click Create.
