25.12.00 Release Notes

The Nebula 25.12.00 release contains the following enhancements and resolved bug fixes.

Enhancements

• Improved display and functionality of the Keywords Categories interface, providing a consistent and streamlined experience. Key updates include:
• The New Category dialog has the addition of an Add Keywords button to make it quicker to add terms to the list.

  

• Added a new status for a keyword category when it does not have any keywords defined.

  

• Updated the actions under the action button to ensure the Run Keyword category is disabled when a keyword category is currently executing.

  

• Updated the delete keyword category interface message and aligned keyword dialogs to meet user interface standards.
• Updated tooltips and hidden tooltips when keyword values are not truncated.
• Introduced the ability to mass update email addresses for Duo two-factor authentication, providing a quick and efficient way to enhance security across multiple users.



• Improved the loading of files in the Notification dialog for uploads when displaying a large number or documents or files.
• Loading the list of files is now smoother and doesn’t jump using scroll bars.
• Introduced a new tabbed layout for Current Repository and Other Repositories to filter between the options.

  

• Repository views are now controlled by user permissions.
• Added warnings for active uploads to ensure that the connections are not ended and uploading of data continues until completion. Warnings appear:
• When navigating away from the current upload.

  

• When logging out, closing a tab, or navigating away while uploads are in progress.

  

• When a Nebula session is about to time out due to inactivity while uploads are active.

  

• Enhanced the Workflow Reporting Suite reviewer list to include additional information:
• All users who checked out a batch.
• All users who coded documents in a batch.
• All users in groups currently assigned to a workflow stage.

  

• Improved performance of the internal job system when large volumes of data are in use addressing a potential performance slowdown.
• Improved collection file deletion by adding redundancy and removing the need for manual intervention.

Resolved Bug Fixes

• Fixed validation in Search Builder for decimal lengths of integer fields in native and text file sizes.
• Corrected an error that occurred when modifying or copying a Search with deleted criteria.
• Fixed an issue in the Promote dialog, ensuring size calculations now display correctly.
• Resolved a recurring “Unsaved Changes” message when a session has timed out.
• Fixed sorting behavior on the Tasks page, which now refreshes correctly.
• Corrected a display issue where the Create Zip icon did not appear in the Action menu for unlocked productions. It now appears unavailable as an option until production is locked.
• Fixed a display issue where export tasks disappeared after downloading an export.
