25.09.00 Release Notes

The Nebula 25.09.00 release contains the following enhancements:

• Introduced email as an additional method for two-factor authentication.
• A six-digit code valid for ten minutes is emailed to the user’s registered email address.
• Please add the "@notifications.ediscovery.com" domain to your safe senders list to avoid the 2FA email check going to your Junk folder.
• Substantially improved processing performance for ‘archive’ file formats.
• Processing task speeds improved by 5x to 100x, with larger files seeing the most improvement.
• Supported archive file formats are found here.
• Improved notification dialog for tasks and uploads by truncating filenames while preserving the file extension.
• Improved the tooltip display information under endorsement profiles for longer values being applied to documents.
• Added pre-save filename validation for illegal characters when renaming files via Import > Admin > File Browser.
• Improved performance for document list retrieval for batches of completed documents.
• Improved handling for automatically closing related viewer if user switches to a different repository.
• Resolved an issue with last run date for saved searches being updated if used as a source for keyword categories.
• Resolved an issue where ‘Get Totals’ in the search builder could result in a reported ‘Size’ of 0 bytes.
• Resolved a display issue with file paths listed within processing exceptions.
• Resolved an issue where the viewer could display the previous document when refreshing the main viewer.
• Resolved an issue where document list views and export templates could disappear from Review.
