24.04.00 Release Notes

The Nebula 24.04.00 release contains the following enhancements:

  • Improved Workflow reporting with the following changes to the exportable (xlsx) reports:
  • Added a secondary Prevalence report (Prevalence - Percentages) that displays the frequency by date (columns) of the selected tag compared to other tags within the same coding field.
  • The primary and pre-existing Prevalence report (Prevalence - Documents) lists the raw document count by date.
  • Added a secondary Tags Applied report (Tags Applied – By Tag) that displays each selected tag as rows and breaks down the frequency of their use by date (columns).
  • The primary and pre-existing Tags Applied report (Tags Applied - By Reviewer) displays each reviewer as rows, by stage and by level, and a total count for each tag selected (columns).
  • Improved Workflow batch check-out performance and better handling for edge cases.
  • Added a data point for container count in the Nebula Processing report to better reconcile total record counts in each collection.
  • Removed the option to override existing burned redactions when burning Multimedia or NSR documents for production. Nebula will now automatically assess when these files should be updated.
  • Improved data transfer architecture for Nebula OCR dramatically reduces database and job system load during large OCR tasks.
  • Added multi-value support for the Email Thead ID field (ET - ID) to allow for searching on multiple known thread groups.
  • Renamed the following standard metadata fields:

  • Multi-value field containing all of a document family’s attachments’ file names, if any exist.

  • This field is not searchable; it is dynamically populated for document lists and productions. It is not recommended to include on general review document lists due to potential performance degradation.
  • Processing Exceptions
  • Multi-value field containing all of a document’s processing exceptions, if any exist.
  • These are moment-in-time exceptions and tie back to Nebula Processing output. This data will not update if corrections are made to documents post-processing.
