24.01.00 Release Notes

The Nebula 24.01.00 release contains the following enhancements:

  • [closed beta] Introduced push-button promotion from Nebula® to Relativity®, for scenarios where downstream document review takes place outside of Nebula.
  • Relativity connectors are setup by System Administrators and link Nebula matters to Relativity workspaces.
  • Documents are dual-path promoted to both the targeted Nebula matter and its linked Relativity workspace (if desired).
  • Supports custom templating, renumbering, and foldering.

  • Requires a custom application installed on the Relativity environment to receive the Nebula payload and perform the Relativity import.

  • Does not require a custom application install on the Relativity environment.
  • [closed beta] Added dtSearch syntax support for text-based searches and keyword categories within Nebula.
  • General availability: March 2024.
  • Added NLP support for pre-processed data and "unknown" file types.
  • Added a routing status indicator and retry mechanism for Workflow project administrators.
  • Added deletion protection for searches used by Workflow for stage check-in criteria or stage routing.
  • Downloadable Document History report now respects user group security settings for viewing promotions, productions, and exports.
  • Improved real-time failure messaging for users whose Workflow batch validation check, or subsequent check-in task, fail for any reason.
  • Improved stability and performance across all Nebula Workflow functionality.
  • Improved visibility of the "average" line in Workflow Reporting Suite.
  • Improved readability for the "Tags Applied" graph legend in Workflow Reporting Suite.
  • Workflow "User Activity" report now respects the specified Workflow timezone.
  • Workflow "Reviewer Metrics" report now correctly calculates daily/hourly averages.
  • Clarified messaging to users indicating when "Add to Workflow" operations start successfully.
  • Facet explorer now always stays hidden when users run searches that include relational options such as "include full families".
  • Resolved issue where imaging task partial-failures could lead to incorrect "Has Images" statuses.
  • Resolved "Apply Previous" and coding form selection forgetfulness when users switch the viewer to "undocked" mode.
  • Resolved de-synchronization that could occur between a Keyword Category name change and the corresponding column heading within the facet explorer.
  • Resolved occasional search builder issue that cleared conditions from the search when a user on a slow internet connection attempted to "Get Totals".
  • Resolved occasional unexpected error in Review when the user had no coding form available or selected.
  • Resolved issue that prevented opening the contents of a completed Workflow batch from the Review > Dashboard page.
  • Resolved issue where a browser refresh (F5) could desynchronize the document viewer tab from the document list tab.
