NLH Dashboard
The NLH Dashboard can display legal hold information with a focus on either holds or communications.
Both share a common menu bar with the following:

: Opens the Reports dialog box, enabling you to download reports.

: Opens the Templates dialog box, enabling you to manage templates for communications.

: Opens the Contacts dialog box, enabling you to upload, create, and manage contacts for communications.

: Opens the New Communication dialog box, enabling you to create and schedule communications required for the legal hold.
Holds
1. Holds and Communications menu bar

: Displays the number of holds in the repository.

: Click to include closed holds in the Holds and Communications list.

: Click to view the Communications dashboard.

: Click to create a new hold.
2. Holds and Communications list
Displays a list of all the holds in the repository.
You can sort the list in ascending/descending order by Communication, Hold Name, or Response Status.
Each hold line displays the name of the hold, the status of its least compliant communication, and the proportion of received responses of the messages sent.
Selecting an individual hold displays a list of each communications associated with the hold, including its status, the numbers of received responses of the total messages sent, and date of last action.
- Click Expand all to view the communication list for all holds.
- Click a communication to view its Communication details.

3. Hold Details menu bar
4. Hold Details section
Displays the Hold Name, Owner, Creation Date (time stamp of when hold was created), and Last Changed (time stamp of last action involving the hold).
- Click Show Details to view or Hide Details to hide the Owner Email, Start Date, End Date, and any descriptions of the hold.
5. Custodians/Recipients and Data Sources menu bar
Data Source: Click to open the New Data Source dialog box.
Contacts: Click to open the Assign to Hold dialog box.
Action: Enables you to release, remove, or remove all contacts from a hold, as well as change the role of a contact.
6. Custodians/Recipients and Data Sources list
Displays a list of custodians associated with the hold, along with their roles.
You can sort the list ascending/descending by custodian Name or Role.
- Click a custodian to view any data sources, as well as the data source's type or status (Pending or Complete).

Communications
1. Holds and Communications menu bar

: Displays the number of communications in the repository.

: Click to view the Holds dashboard.

: Click to create a new hold.
2. Holds and Communications list
Displays a list of all the communications in the repository.
You can sort the list in ascending/descending order by Communication, Hold Name, or Response Status.
Each communication line displays the:
- Name of the communication
- Hold it is associated with
- Least compliant response status
- Number of responses received compared to the total number of recipients
- Date of the last action regarding the communication.
Selecting a communication line displays additional information about it in the Communication Details section.
3. Communication Details menu bar
- Click the Communication Details menu bar Action icon
to delete or resend the status of a communication.
4. Communication Details section
Displays the communication's Title and schedule.
- Click Content and Schedule to open the 2. Communication tab where you can update content and schedule of any pending communications.
- Click Show Details to view or Hide Details to hide the Creation Date and Last Changes of the communication.
5. Custodians/Recipients and Data Sources menu bar
Action: Enables you to delete or resend the status of a communication to those who have not yet responded to it by visiting the portal.
6. Custodians/Recipients and Data Sources list
Displays a list of all the custodians/recipients associated with the communications for this legal hold.
You can sort the custodians/recipients list ascending/descending by First Name or Last Name of the Custodian/Recipient.
- Click a custodian to view their communication history, as well response status and date of action.
